They're off by an hour.  I'm not sure why we haven't fixed
this yet.  I haven't looked at this in a while.  Either way,
this could use a second pair of eyes.  Drew, please look at
this (relevant stuff is in plugins/SimpleLogger and Utility,
i think.  also see TkInterface, since it displays the stamps
properly).  Also, consider whether it is blocking Hiss The
Client.
